Walkthrough

The main story is not a straight line. At several points the party chooses between routes, and the routes come back together later. Parallel routes cover similar ground at similar levels, so whichever you take, you arrive at the next shared quest about as strong. The tree shows the whole story from top to bottom: where it splits, follow one branch, not both. Each quest links to its step-by-step guide. The order was worked out from the game's own scripts and cutscenes. To the right of the tree, the side quests are grouped by level beside the part of the story they suit: a dashed line points from each group to where a party of that strength would be. The quest list has them all too.
