Lord Maenig wants the necromancer who has taken over his mine killed.
Maenig's Offer
In his keep, Lord Maenig offers 1500 gold to get rid of a necromancer who has halted production in his mine, east of the keep.
Maenig's Mine
At the mine, Griswold says she has killed dozens of his men with her skeletons. The mine’s entrance, in the middle of the square, opens once Maenig has hired you.
The Upper Level
You come down in the north-west. The ladder down is south of the middle. 130 gold (1) and Sturdy Boots (2) lie off the path.

The Necromancer
The necromancer waits in the east. Before you can face her, the pile of bones (B) south of her rises up as six Skeletons; beat them first. Then fight the necromancer and her five Skeletons. Power Pants (1) and a Magic Elixir (2) lie on this level.

The Reward
