Sky Mountain Temple
Main story quest
Go after the crystal in the Sky Mountain Temple, deep in the Great Range, while Khan's thieves take the Trocken Dungeon.
Choose the Temple
At the Resistance Hideout, tell Khan you will take the Sky Mountain Temple. His thieves set off for the Trocken Dungeon instead.
The Great Range
The way in is a cave in the mountains just north of Matthias’s Keep. The party only goes in once you have chosen the temple.
The First Cave
The caves climb toward the temple. Cross this one to the ladder up in the far north-west. A Health Elixir (1) lies in the south-west.

The Second Cave
You come up in the west. The next ladder up is in the far north-east. On the way are a Sword of Protection (1) and a Health Elixir (2).

The Slopes
The ladder comes out on the open mountainside, where three holes lead back down into the mountain. Take the one in the west or the one in the east; the hole in the south-east only drops into a small closed chamber. 500 gold (1) lies at the end of the path to the north-east.

The Upper Cave
The west and east holes both land in a ring-shaped cave. The ladder up to the temple is on its south-east side. The small chamber below the ring, reached only from the south-east hole, holds Light Leggings (1).

Nina
Nina has beaten you to the crystal. She warns you off, and fights if you challenge her, then escapes in a flash of smoke with the crystal. Head back to the hideout. Continue with The Life Caverns.
