Main story quest

The mage in Trost will show you the way to the Universitat only after you have done something for Trost.

Pwar

In Trost, the mage Pwar asks you to stop asking about the Hidden City, and to stop the goblins raiding the town from the Bergschloss, an old stronghold in the mountains to the north. Kill their chief and the rest will scatter.

The Bergschloss

Once Pwar has asked you, the gate (G) opens. The goblins have to be fought in order. First the group just inside the gate, then the group in the cellar (go down either ladder), then the group in the middle of the keep, and last the chief just north of them. The chief guards 430 gold (1). Fighting the chief out of turn does nothing.

The Cellar

The second group of goblins is in the cellar, near the west ladder. Plate Arm Guards (1) lie in the west.

The Portal Stone

Pwar gives you a portal stone that opens the way to the Hidden City of Mages. The mages hid the city where only a portal reaches, and locked it with this kind of stone. The portal is in the desert south of Nanten. Continue with The Seven Stars.

The party's journal

We found the mage, Pwar. But he will not help us until we solve a goblin problem.

The Bergschloss is a lost stronghold now occupied by dark goblins that raid Trost. We must infiltrate the stronghold and kill their king.

Pwar gave us a special portal stone. It will only work in the gate to the Hidden City of Mages and the Universitat. The portal is in the desert to the north.
