The Mountain Pass

Side quest

Giants have blocked a merchant's way to Unschuld.

Goryn

Goryn, a merchant traveling with his bull, Bill, is camped two squares east of Unschuld. Giants have moved into a cave on the mountain pass to the west over the winter, and his way is blocked. He offers you something from his cart to clear them out.

The Giants' Cave

The cave is on the pass to the west. Six Giants come out to fight at its mouth.

The Reward

Goryn gives you a Shortsword of Attack.

You receive Shortsword of Attack.

The party's journal

Goryn has asked us to clear the mountain pass of giants. Seems fairly straightforward. It might be an easy way to earn some cash.

Goryn kept his side of the deal. Not bad for a quick job.
